Cellar cooling is one important item of refrigeration equipment in any licensed premises that you can not afford to ignore. It generally breaks down due to lack of maintenance and breakdowns can be very expensive. We can carry out a full service of your cellar cooling system consisting of mechanical and electrical checks, strip down and pressure washing and chemical cleaning of the fan blown evaporators in the cellar and pressure cleaning of the condenser coil to the outside unit. We also check the gas charge, all the temperature and safety controls adjusting and replenishing as necessary, all part of our preventative maintenance package.
